INTEGRATION · SHOPIFY

Shopify product feed editor for Meta, Google, and TikTok ads.

Emberfeed pulls your Shopify catalog through its standard XML feed URL, lets you design an AI image template once, and serves a new feed URL you paste straight into Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, or TikTok Shop. No app install, no rebuilds in Shopify.

How Emberfeed reads your Shopify feed

Shopify does not hand you a ready-made Google or Meta feed URL by default (its native /collections/all.atom is a plain Atom feed without the g: namespace those channels need). You get an importable feed URL from a feed app (Simprosys, DataFeedWatch, Flexify, FeedGeni) or a custom Liquid template. Paste that URL into Emberfeed during onboarding and we read it on a configurable cadence (default: hourly).

Emberfeed enhances the feed your app or template already produces: it does not generate a feed for a store that has no feed URL, and it does not operate Shopify's native sales channels (the Google, Meta, and TikTok apps that sync by API). You keep your feed source, we add the rendered images, field rules, and validation on top.

We import every g:-namespaced field your feed emits: title, description, price, sale_price, availability, GTIN, brand, custom labels, and the original product image URL. Your Shopify products stay the source of truth. Nothing in your store changes.

Map required fields and add what's missing

Shopify's default XML covers the basics, but Meta and Google Merchant each require slightly different field sets. Emberfeed's field rules let you:

  • Set fallback values when a field is blank, e.g. default brand if your products lack one.
  • Conditionally write custom labels, products under 1,000 CZK → "budget", over 5,000 CZK → "premium".
  • Build composite titles, combine product name + variant + size into a single title.
  • Override one product without touching the rest, when a single SKU has a problem.

Design an AI catalog image template

This is where Emberfeed differs from every other Shopify feed app. You design one image template with an HTML+CSS layout, AI-generated layouts to start, or a visual drag-and-drop editor, and it renders against every product in your catalog.

Add a price overlay that updates when your prices change. A "Sale" badge that only shows on discounted SKUs. A logo, a brand frame, even cut-out backgrounds for fashion catalogs. Each product image renders the moment your data changes and stays warm in cache so Meta, Google, and TikTok see fresh pixels in milliseconds.

Plug the new feed URL into your ad platforms

Once your template is ready, Emberfeed serves a new URL like https://emberfeed.com/api/serve/<feed-id>. That URL goes into:

  • Meta Commerce Manager as a Data Source URL, powers Advantage+ catalog ads, dynamic remarketing, Instagram Shopping.
  • Google Merchant Center as a Scheduled Fetch, powers Google Shopping, Performance Max, free listings.
  • TikTok Shop via TikTok's catalog upload, powers Spark Ads, Shop tab, organic listings.

Duplicate the feed per platform (Meta, Google, TikTok), each copy gets its own filters, field rules, and image templates while sharing the same Shopify source URL. One source, three platform-tuned outputs.

Why Emberfeed instead of a Shopify App Store feed app?

The Shopify App Store has dozens of feed apps, Awesome Facebook Product Feed, Flexify, Smart Feed, FeedGeni, Universal Product Feed. They're all good at the data side: mapping fields, generating XML, syncing inventory.

None of them generate AI catalog images. You still need to design every product image yourself, or pay separately for a tool like Cropink or Marpipe (€100+/mo) on top of the feed app. Emberfeed ships both, feed editor and AI image templates, in one tool, at ~€25/month per feed.

We don't have a Shopify App Store listing yet (planned for Q3 2026). Today you connect via the public XML URL, no app install, just paste and go.

Free for 3 months on one feed up to 1,000 products. No credit card. Paste your Shopify XML URL, design a template, and ship to Meta / Google / TikTok the same afternoon.
